Silva Group was founded by Adelino “Augie” Agostinho in October of 1994 with five employees and the mission to offer a superior level of value to its clients. Today, the company has built more than twelve million square feet of residential and commercial space.

Augie, a self-starter with over 20 years of experience in the general contracting industry and with emphasis in structural development, began his career as a construction laborer and quickly moved up the ranks. He has been directly involved in countless complex projects, ranging from multi-family homes and high-rises, to institutional and commercial buildings and facilities.

Under Augie’s stewardship, Silva has enjoyed substantial, yet controlled growth, establishing its reputation as a household name in the construction industry.

Silva’ growth and continued success are by-products of a team effort experience and technical expertise to meet the challenges and diversities of any project. Our experience directing large-scale projects, through every facet of development and construction, coupled with planning and execution of strategies, that brings projects in ahead of schedule.
